Quality Assurance
All of our honey is inspected locally in Yemen, lab-tested in Germany for authenticity, and vetted for flavor by sommeliers of the American Honey Tasting Society.
A moderately intense and aromatic golden-red amber honey that comes from the traditional clay and wood hives of Yabuth, Hadramawt, 3,500 feet above sea level. Sidr Hadrami’s savory tones persist through a complex flavor of brown sugar, butterscotch and caramel.
